4. Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity. The final price is set in the individual proposal and service contract.
- Standard deposit: 30% of contract value at signing
- Interim payments: as per the contract schedule
- Final payment: upon delivery of final deliverables
5. Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, images, logos, graphic design, source code) is the property of VerdeSpa Design Studio and is protected by Moldovan copyright law.
Design projects produced for clients are protected by copyright. The client receives a usage licence for their project but does not acquire the right to reproduce or commercialise it.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by VerdeSpa Design Studio's Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
VerdeSpa Design Studio makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site but does not guarantee it is complete or current at all times. We accept no liability for:
- Temporary interruptions to site availability
- Decisions made solely on the basis of site information without consulting our team
- Indirect damages or loss of profit
8. Cancellation and Termination of Service Contracts
Cancellation conditions are specified in the individual contract. In general:
- Cancellation before work starts: deposit refunded minus administrative costs (max 10%)
- Cancellation after concept delivery: deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellation during execution: client pays for work completed proportionally
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform contractual obligations caused by force majeure (natural disasters, conflict, pandemic, restrictive government regulations, etc.), provided notice is given within 5 working days.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will preferably be resolved amicably. Failing that, the competent courts of Chișinău municipality shall have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
VerdeSpa Design Studio reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be published on this page at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
